ABSTRACT
Railway fastening systems treatment and testing need assistance to save time and energy. The first railway fastening system clamping force measuring tools could measure the E-Clip fastening system. Excessive of the steel plate, the maximum height is 850 mm, and the weight reached 18 kg. The first-generation tools are designed to make mobility with the tools harder permanently. From this generation, railway fastening system clamping force measuring tools will be upgraded to more straightforward and more effective railway fastening system clamping force tools. The tools-making steps begin with the design process, which includes making all tool components, assembling them, and testing the tool's function at the Madiun Station emplacement. The tool testing results in the tool's function being according to the plan. The railway fastening system testing data supports it. The tools were also already capable of testing the E-Clip and DE-Clip railway fastening systems.
