ABSTRACT

Occupational Safety Risk Management is a careful examination of work that can cause harm so that it can be considered in terms of preventive actions from hazards that will occur. This study aims to compare the provisions of the rules that apply to a car body company that is currently running to determine the safety risks that can occur. Comparative study is research conducted by comparing similarities and differences to look for factors or situations that cause these differences or similarities. The data used is secondary data. Secondary data was obtained by obtaining documents and documentation during visits by comparing them with Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 documents with implementing the K3 management system at the company UD, and it was well done. Based on the comparison results at 5 points, the results were NOT appropriate. UD Company. Lancar Jaya, in implementing occupational health and safety management in the industrial world, was declared as not following government regulations and could endanger employees in the company.
