ABSTRACT
Availability of parking is one of the factors that determines whether someone wants to drive to a destination or not. This is due to limited parking space. Parking problems can be found anywhere, including the campus area. The density of parking lots in the campus area is due to the high number of students. One strategy to reduce the use of private vehicles is to place restrictions. This restriction can be an odd-even setting. This study aims to analyze student behavior in planning the implementation of odd-even parking schemes and to analyze student characteristics regarding parking space restriction strategies. The analysis results show that the student's decision to keep driving is influenced by the amount of pocket money and the time the policy is enforced. Correspondence analysis shows that the odd-even policy can be relied upon to reduce parking density, especially in the campus area.
