ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the preferences of each group of companies regarding the WFH scheme and its impact on the number of daily trips in Jakarta. The analytical method in this study uses descriptive statistical and nonparametric inferential methods. Preference data in this study were obtained based on the policymaker's decision to choose the ideal WFH scheme without harming the company. Preference data is analyzed to produce a fair and simple WFH scheme. The analysis results show that companies in the WFO Products and Services sector are willing to implement the WFH policy for up to 60% of their employees daily. Meanwhile, companies in the start-up and WFH services sectors are willing to implement the WFH policy with up to 80% of their employees daily.
