ABSTRACT
Transportation is a dynamic problem in Bali Province. Bali is a tourist area, and Balinese people prefer private vehicles rather than public transportation to carry out daily activities. This is the cause of congestion in Bali. To reduce congestion, the government has provided Trans Metro Dewata, a form of government effort to reduce the use of private vehicles. Trans Metro Dewata started operating in Bali on September 7, 2020, amid COVID-19. This study aimed to determine the performance of Trans Metro Dewata, especially the Ubung Terminal – Matahari Terbit Beach route, during and after COVID-19. The methods used in this study are static survey and analysis methods. The performance of the Trans Metro Dewata during COVID-19 is better than that after COVID-19.
