ABSTRACT
East Java is a province in Indonesia known as a rice barn and the largest rice producer. The agricultural sector in this province has also experienced rapid development, with many farmers using modern technology and cultivating intensively. Paddy production needs to be increased through effective and efficient movement of goods in logistics activities to improve the economy in East Java. The analytical approach used is linear regression, and statistical tests are carried out using the regression equation function to test the significance level. The results of linear regression analysis yielded the equation of the generation function Y = 19100.46 + 0.22 X2 - 0.23 X3 and the pull function Y = -12884.09 + 15.54 X1 + 0.32 X2, it can be concluded that the variable population, agricultural land, and irrigation influence the rise and fall of the movement of rice commodities in East Java.
