ABSTRACT
Over the past three years (2019-2021), Trans Patriot buses have experienced a decline in passenger numbers. As a result, corridors 2 and 3 were closed. Anticipating a decline in passenger numbers in the future, research on passenger satisfaction with bus performance is needed. The research aims to analyze passenger satisfaction performance and provide recommendations for optimizing Trans Patriot bus corridor 1 using fuzzy logic and MATLAB software. The analysis indicates medium-category passenger satisfaction. Proposed treatments for bus performance include a frequency of 9 vehicles/hour, a minimum mileage of 252 km/vehicle per day, a headway of 7 minutes, and a number of 9 ranks/day.
