ABSTRACT

The Depok City Government plans to provide the Cibubur-Pondok Cina LRT transit service. The purpose of this study is to analyze the preference of car users in Depok City towards the Cibubur-Pondok Cina LRT plan. This study uses a binary logit model built based on stated preference (SP) survey data as an analysis tool. In the formation of utility functions with logistic regression, the selection of significant variables is based on the results of the Spearman correlation test and the stepwise test. The best utility function is determined through a feasibility test and validity test. The results of the preference analysis with the constructed binary logit model showed that 80.77% of car users with internal trips in Depok City would potentially use the Cibubur Pondok Cina LRT with a fare of Rp10,000.00.
