ABSTRACT

Sragen Regency is passed by the Solo - Kertosono Toll Road which was built to increase the mobility and capacity of the road network to facilitate the distribution of trade in Indonesia. The existence of the toll road can affect the performance of the road network around it, including Sragen Regency. This study aims to determine the impact of the Solo - Kertosono Toll Road on the Sragen Regency by evaluating the performance of the Sragen Regency Road network with or without the toll road. The Parameter used in determining the performance of the road network is the Volume to Capacity Ratio (VCR). Traffic movement pattern in Sragen Regency is estimated using the EMME/3 program in the form of Origin - Destination Matrix with gravity model and obtained parameter value of β is 0,0647. Comparison of the value of VCR in Sragen Regency Road network with toll roads and without toll roads in the range of VCR < 0.8 are 82.93% and 78.05%, the range of 0.8 ≤ VCR < 1 are 14.63% and 16.26%, and the range of VCR ≥ 1 are 2.44% and 5.69%.
