ABSTRACT
Traffic movements at intersections usually lead to more frequent conflicts, which makes surveying at intersections more complicated than on roads. In this modern era, it is necessary to have support and support in technology for the implementation of traffic surveys, especially traffic counting surveys. Based on this, this study aims to design a Mobile Device-Based Traffic Count Analyzer Application as a medium for calculating traffic volume. This Traffic Count Analyzer can be used to count the number of vehicles at peak hour intersections. This application is compiled using research and development methods, which consist of the planning stage and the application implementation stage. This design produces applications for the Android and iOS platforms using the flutter app software that can be directly inputted into a spreadsheet that has been analyzed so as to shorten the time for surveyors to carry out surveys.
