ABSTRACT
The importance of Asphalt Mixing Plant (AMP) equipment in road preservation activities requires an efficient monitoring and evaluation process from equipment operation worthiness certification. Digitization is needed for automatic AMP management in order to produce a simple, fast, accurate, and transparent reporting system. Manually collecting AMP information data could hinder road preservation performance directly, particularly for the monitoring process from central ministry offices to regional offices, especially in the work scope of the Directorate of Road and Bridge Preservation Region II C. Utilization of Google features in an effort to optimize AMP data updates could actualize the main goal of digitizing information. Information technology such as Google Data Studio, integrated with other features, provides effectiveness in data management which is empowered as a means of monitoring AMP units in supporting the performance of the Directorate of Road and Bridge Preservation Region II C, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing.
