ABSTRACT
Population growth in Bandung Bandung encourages higher activity so it increases the number of vehicles at intersections. Congestion often occurs during peak hours, including at three adjacent intersections namely PT Inti Intersection, Tegallega Intersection, and Leuwi Panjang Intersection which are 332 meters and 622 meters apart. A solution is needed to make the performance of the intersection improves so that it remains safe and comfortable when passing. The data used are traffic flow at peak hours, vehicle speed, cycle time, and intersection geometry. Analysis was carried out using PKJI 2014 and micro-simulation-based analysis using PTV Vissim so the existing condition and alternative performance improvements can be defined. From alternatives 1, 2, and 3 at peak hours the best result obtained is the second alternative with a cycle time of 203 seconds. Alternative 2 decreases 14,9% of queue length, 20,11% of delay, and 0,3 of level of service.
