ABSTRACT

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of the internal quality assurance system (SPMI) auditor training in the implementation of internal quality audit (AMI) at the Marchine Marine Higher Education (STIP). This type of research is a type of kuantitatf research. The data collection technique used is a purposive sampling technique by distributing open questionnaires online using google forms to all training participants. The type of data needed and collected is in the form of direct observations from respondents which are primary data. The study population was 30 people and the sample was 25 people. Respondents were given questions that included organizing, accommodation, materials, evaluation of resource persons. The data analysis used is a quantitative descriptive analysis using percentage techniques. The results of the study are expected to be able to measure the level of effectiveness of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) Auditor training in the implementation of internal quality audits (AMI) at the Marchine Marine Higher Education (STIP) Sciences in order to improve the quality of institutions and reduce the risk of non-achievement of standards / deterioration of quality.
