ABSTRACT

Creative cities, transit-oriented area (TOD), and sustainable transportation are factors that can be used as solutions to current city problems. This study aims to examine the influence of three variable as factors accelerating urban regeneration in Yogyakarta City. Literature studies and field observations were conducted to obtain reference data. Type of research used descriptive and qualitative which uses an exploratory approach. The SWOT analysis method is used to get the right strategy through the analysis of strengths and opportunities. The results of this study indicate the influence of creative cities, transit-oriented area (TOD), and sustainable transportation systems as factors that accelerate urban regeneration in the city of Yogyakarta. This factor that accelerates urban regeneration is important in order to encourage main income sectors of the Yogyakarta City which have experienced degradation during the pandemic. This research is recommended as a solution to solving city problems and achieving a sustainable Yogyakarta.
