ABSTRACT

The Trans Metro Dewata Bus Rapid Transit as a service from bus friends that accommodates the community has not fully answered transportation problems in Bali Province. The lack of public interest in using the bus friend service makes an evaluation for the government to improve or improve the quality of Bus Rapid Transit services in the Province of Bali. This study aims to evaluate the condition of the Trans Metro Dewata BRT service in the Kuta Beach area. The method in this study uses the questionnaire method and uses analysis in the form of descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that the Trans Metro Dewata BRT service implemented in the Province of Bali is quite good by getting an interest rate of 61% from respondents, but for the central parking area to Kuta Beach, respondents who have used Trans Metro Dewata BRT services are only 41.3%. Improving the quality of service by adding a supporting mode of BRT services makes 86.6% of respondents increase their interest in using Trans Metro Dewata. This is due to 37.3% of respondents choosing a more flexible mode to get to the Kuta Beach area.
