ABSTRACT

The implementation of existing activities within the minimarket company needs to be supported more in its implementation. The distribution process has a very big role in minimarket performance. Broadly speaking, there are 3 factors that support logistics performance, namely the strategic location of distribution centers, transportation and optimal product supply. In this study, survey analysis was used at several points of Indomaret outlets in the city of Banyuwangi. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts that must be made to improve the performance of the logistics flow in Indomaret, Banyuwangi city. The results of this study indicate that the selection of the strategic location of the logistics center gets a percentage of 60% of respondent stating a very good factor to improve the logistics distribution flow of minimarkets, the transportation factor getting 50% of respondents expressing the opinion that transportation is a good or even very good factor to improve logistics distribution channels. minimarkets, and optimal product inventory get 50% of respondents to express opinions about good factors to improve the logistics distribution flow of minimarkets. By increasing these 3 factors, it will encourage an increase in the performance of the logistics distribution channel in minimarkets.
