ABSTRACT

Indonesia's mobility activity is part of the use of the motor vehicle. The share number of vehicles can affect the performance of a road with capacity, average velocity, degrees of saturation, and travel time. The study uses digital survey methods via Google maps web service to obtain data on road traffic performance. The research aims to identify the road traffic performance using Google live traffic, as well as the possible performance development from Google live traffic integration with GIS, showing a delay analysis. The result can capture the road performance by measuring the color of the delay at the junction and road segment. This method can be used as an alternative method to measure road performance and shorten the time and budget for road traffic surveys with the more advanced approach in the future, such as machine learning to solve the time of capturing images from the field.
