ABSTRACT
Presidential Regulation Number 27 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Public Service Obligations for the transportation of goods to and from disadvantaged, remote, outermost, and border regions explains that the sea highway is the implementation of sea freight services from ports to other ports using the mechanism for the implementation of public service obligations for the transportation of goods. The reality for five years shows that the program has not been significant in distributing logistics availability and cutting high logistics costs. The Kompas Research and Development survey found that the sea highway program still needs socialization. The purpose of the research is to find out how the Sea Toll program affects the availability of logistics in disadvantaged, remote, outermost, and border areas (T3P) in Indonesia and to find out how much influence the sea toll program has on logistics availability in the T3P region in Indonesia. A quantitative method approach is used, using primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and literature study with a population of 90 people. The final results are obtained in table 1.660 and a count of 14.322.
