ABSTRACT

A pandemic is a disaster that causes setbacks in various sectors of people's lives, including the economic and cultural sectors. The purpose of this study is to determine the socio-environmental impact of the existing freight transport system, focusing on three variables: socio-economic factors, cultural environment, and accessibility of transport networks. The necessary questions are measured using a questionnaire. Based on the analysis, it is evident that socio-economic factors, cultural environment, and accessibility of transport networks have interrelated impacts, and collaboration among these three systems can help restore the community's economy after the COVID-19 pandemic. The socio-economic impact is influenced by the impact of the cultural environment and the accessibility of the existing transport network. Collaborative solutions among these systems have a positive and significant impact on socio-environmental performance, particularly in terms of socio-economic factors, cultural environment, and accessibility of transport networks.
