ABSTRACT
The study aims to analyze worker preferences and characteristics based on workplace choices such as home, co-working space (CW), and non-co-working space (NCW) and calculate the rebound effect of Bekasi City when the Work From Anywhere (WFA) scheme is implemented. The analysis includes worker characteristics and the development of a binary logit model to calculate the rebound effect which is tested using the Omnibus test, -2 Log Likelihood, and RMSE validation. Primary data for the analysis were obtained through questionnaires and interviews with Jakarta office workers living in Bekasi. The questionnaire questions consisted of a respondent characteristic section and two stated preference sections used for two different studies. This study continues the descriptive statistical results from the first study for model development. The results of the model development showed that as many as 55% of the samples who left home from the first study chose CW for the 5-10 days of WFA they had as an alternative workplace. In addition, it was concluded that the preference to leave home increased by 8% if a more concrete alternative workplace option was available.
