ABSTRACT

At present there is no Service Operating System (SOP) for the system and procedure for loading and unloading goods on Joglosemarkerto train transportation. So to compile these systems and procedures, field research was conducted by interviewing parties related to loading and unloading on the Joglosemarkerto train. The purpose of this study is to make improvements to the SOP used in carrying out loading and unloading activities on the Joglosemarkerto train. For the completion of the study using qualitative descriptive analysis with reference to the theory of company work procedures. The result of the research is a formula of loading and unloading systems and procedures to be implemented by train operators, in the service of loading and unloading packaged or packaged goods at Semarang Tawang Station.
